Whole30 - Day 8

Day 8 went really well! I am really feeling great and I know this is my bodies way of thanking me for eating the way we were designed to eat.

I actually came up with a tasty breakfast! I bought some shredded cabbage from whole foods and sauteed it in s little coconut oil. Then I threw in some (cooked) turkey bacon and finished it off with a hard boiled egg. I loved it, and it kept me full until lunch.

Breakfast: Cabbage mix
Lunch: Grilled chicken, sweet potato, green beans
Dinner: Herb crusted rotisserie chicken (Whole Foods), steamed okra

I also bought some banana chips from whole foods for a "cereal" that I planned on making for breakfast the following morning. The good thing about the banana chips: only 2 ingredients, bananas and coconut oil. The best thing about banana chips: tasty addition to grainless granola/cereal.
